We work closely with our clients to provide a personalized service. Each phase, from initial feasibility studies to construction completion and interior renovations, is carefully managed. We advise on the best way to appoint other consultants, such as structural engineers, quantity surveyors, party wall surveyors, or building services engineers. For decoration design and specifications, we offer an in-house interior design service, often in collaboration with a specialist architect. Throughout the initial design stages and development, we use computer modeling and visualization with Vectorworks Architect (for CAD/BIM), REVIT, and SketchUp for 3D modeling and offer training in these tools.

Technical Design and Productıon Drawings
We will manage your planning choices and production route, and once the permissions are obtained, we can also assist you with the Building Regulations- compliant construction drawings.
Planning Permission-Lawfull Certificate
We provide with a full set of planning drawings to present to the council to obtain planning permission or a Lawful Development Certificate for the proposed design.
Construction and Contract Administration Services
We can assist with everything, from building regulations drawings to guiding you in finding the right builder or manufacturer
